3-burner gas cooktop with cast iron grates. Push and turn the knob to ignite. The vent above it pulls steam and odors outside. Turn it on whenever you're cooking something that puts off a lot of steam.

Microwave

Standard microwave above the cooktop. Runs on shore power.

Refrigerator

All-electric. Runs on battery or shore power and cools down quickly. Give it about an hour after plugging in before loading it up with food, so everything actually gets cold rather than just cool.

Cookware & Basics
