House Rules & Good to Know¶
No Smoking¶
No smoking inside Twyla, ever. Please keep her ventilated and clean. It's a tight space and odors linger far longer than in a house.
Pets¶
Pets are welcome! Please bring a mat for their sleeping area and do a once-over for fur/hair before returning her.
Towing Experience¶
This isn't a strict requirement, but if you've never towed a trailer this size before, let us know ahead of time. We're glad to walk through the basics with you, and it's a lot easier to do that before you're standing in a parking lot trying to figure it out.
Festivals¶
If you're planning to bring Twyla to a festival, check in first. Some events fall outside standard insurance coverage.
If Something Seems Off¶
Text before you try to fix it yourself, especially anything involving the propane system, electrical, or plumbing. Most issues are quick to talk through, and it's much easier to solve small problems before they become bigger ones.
